We like to keep things simple and breezy, just like your next vacation! Here’s the scoop on our 14-day returns policy:
First, a little travel tip: Keep in mind, if your airline gives it the thumbs down, we can’t issue a refund. So, check those airline policies before you buy!
Once you receive your item, you’ve got two weeks upon receipt to decide if it’s a keeper. We’ll only issue a refund if our order mysteriously disappears or arrives damaged. And if we happen to make a mix-up, don’t worry—we’re all about fixing things up.
If you're sending something back, please make sure it’s in its original packaging - Its a hygiene thing - remember, keep that plastic wrap on—once it’s opened, we can’t take it back.

Once we get your package, we’ll check if you’re eligible for a refund. If everything checks out, you’ll see the refund in your payment method within 3-5 business days. Easy peasy!
But hold your horses! Don’t send that parcel back without first chatting with our adventure coordination team. Just drop us an email at contact@traveltotz.co.uk with your name, order number, and a snap of the issue. If we can’t sort it out, please be sure to send your package back using a tracked delivery service—because if it gets lost in transit, we can’t be responsible. We have a returns process that helps us, help you.
Most of the time, we can fix your issue before you even think about sending it back. BUT If you send it back without giving us a heads-up, we’re afraid we can’t accept the return.
Now, let’s talk about change of mind: Unless your product is faulty, we can’t offer refunds just because you had a change of heart. And if your Adventure Pack looks different from our dazzling pictures, remember they’re illustrative! Each pack is lovingly handpicked and packed, there’s a 20% restocking fee on returns.
But what about shipping costs you ask? We can’t refund those unless the courier service dropped the ball.
If your package goes missing, don’t panic! After you check with your local sorting office, customs and your wonderful neighbour(s), we’ll issue a full refund. Just make sure your address is typed out correctly—numbers and letters included!
In the extremely rare event that something arrives broken or not fit for purpose, we’re on it and will rectify the issue faster than you can say “oh no!”
Now, here’s the fine print: We take no responsibility for “returns to sender” due to non-collection or incorrect addresses. If your package gets sent back because it wasn’t collected, you’ll need to cover the postage to get it resent. TravelTotz is not liable for any late arrivals. Life happens, and delivery times can be wobbly.
And a quick note for our international friends, thanks to Brexit, we can’t accept returns from international orders, and if your product is sent back due to failed delivery attempts, we can’t refund those courier costs either.
