We’ve got you covered for missing, damaged, or faulty toys, with a sprinkle of magic for rare mix-ups from our end! You've got 14 days to send back your treasure in its original, unopened packaging—hygiene is key, after all!

We've got you covered! We roll with Royal Mail for local orders and team up with various couriers for the bigger bundles of fun. Expect your parcel to land on your doorstep within 1-2 working days if we send it via Royal Mail 24, or 2-4 days with Royal Mail 48—just the way Royal Mail likes to play it! For larger orders, our trusty couriers will handle delivery, but remember, these times are just estimates. 

TravelTotz isn't responsible for any postal hiccups, so keep your eyes peeled! If you order after 1 PM on a weekday, your goodies will take a short vacation until the next working day (unless life throws us a curve ball). Get Ready for a Surprise Party in Every Pack! While each bundle is packed with a delightful assortment, ordering the same gift pack multiple times in quick succession might lead to some déjà vu with familiar items popping up again!

The photos you see are like a sneak peek into the fun—meant to show the number of goodies and the types of treasures you might find inside. Every pack is a unique adventure and totally depends on what we have in stock. So, don't get too attached to the specific brands or particular toys you see in the pictures; they’re just examples of the fun that awaits!

You can count on finding classic gems like stickers, colouring books, crayons, and toys in every pack. Some items are marked for ages 3 and up, but with a watchful parent’s eye, we think they’re perfectly safe. If you’d prefer to skip those items, just drop us a note in the comments at checkout!

And remember, parental supervision is key! Always keep an eye on your little adventurers and never leave them unsupervised with toys. Happy exploring!
