Curious about how your toys will journey to you? Check out our delivery rates and times below! While we aim for speedy delivery, sometimes unexpected delays can pop up—think of them as little hiccups on the road!

🌟 *Dispatch Details*

Once your order is ready for takeoff, you’ll receive a dispatch email—so keep an eye on your inbox (and maybe your junk folder too, just in case!). We strive to send out priority shipping orders the same day if they’re in by 12 noon. All other orders will be on their way within 24 hrs!

🚀 *Special Note on Adventure Packs* 

Our Adventure Packs are little treasure chests, hand-packed just for you! They take a bit longer because we’re making sure each one is filled with the perfect mix of goodies tailored to your requests. So, a sprinkle of patience while we prepare your special order would be greatly appreciated!

⏰ *Quick Dispatch*

If you’re aiming for a speedy 1-2 working day delivery, place your order by noon, and we’ll do our best to launch it the same day! If the clock strikes 12, it’ll be off on its adventure the next working day.

📦 *Tracking Tidbits*

The email address used to place our TravelTotz order will be used when processing delivery via Royal Mail or InPost, whatever you choose! This way you will be kept up-to-date with your orders progress.

💰 *Cost of Delivery*  

We partner up with our trusted friends at Royal Mail to ensure your order zooms to you safely, with tracking for your peace of mind! We make use of Royal Mails' 24 & 48 Tracked service and if you're not in too much of a hurry, we have included an option inPost Locker delivery to home option!

📅 *Timing is Everything*

Orders placed after 1 pm on weekdays will hop onto the next business day’s truck. Remember, we’re taking a break on Saturdays, Sundays and Bank Holidays, so any orders placed then will set off on their journey the following business day.
