Once your order is ready for takeoff, youβll receive a dispatch emailβso keep an eye on your inbox (and maybe your junk folder too, just in case!).
For speedy 1β2 working day delivery, place your order by noon, and weβll do our best to launch it the same day. Orders placed after 12 noon will set off on the next working day.
We use the email address from your TravelTotz order to process delivery via Royal Mail or InPost, depending on your choice. This way, youβll always know where your parcel is and when itβs arriving.
We partner with our trusted friends at Royal Mail for safe, reliable delivery, using 24 & 48 Tracked services. If youβre not in a rush, we also offer InPost Locker delivery straight to your home.

Delivery Times: ETAs are usually accurate, but customs and local carriers can cause delays. We cannot guarantee exact arrival times.
Duties & Taxes: Your country may charge import duties or local taxes when your parcel arrives. These are not included in your order and are your responsibility.
Returns & Missed Deliveries: We cannot accept returns on international orders and cannot refund courier costs if a parcel is returned to us.
PID / Tax Code Requests: Some countries require a PID or Tax Code to clear customs. If needed, weβll email youβsometimes after your order has shipped. This info is only shared with the courier and discarded afterward.
