 TravelTotz Delivery – How Your Toys Journey to You

Curious about how your toys will reach you? We’ve got all the details right here! While we aim for speedy delivery, sometimes little hiccups pop up along the wayβ€”think of them as mini adventures for your parcel.


🌟 Dispatch Details

Once your order is ready for takeoff, you’ll receive a dispatch emailβ€”so keep an eye on your inbox (and maybe your junk folder too, just in case!).

  • Priority shipping orders placed by 12 noon usually go out the same day.
  • All other orders will be on their way within 24 hours.
     

⏰ Quick Delivery

For speedy 1–2 working day delivery, place your order by noon, and we’ll do our best to launch it the same day. Orders placed after 12 noon will set off on the next working day.


πŸ“¦ Tracking Tidbits

We use the email address from your TravelTotz order to process delivery via Royal Mail or InPost, depending on your choice. This way, you’ll always know where your parcel is and when it’s arriving.


πŸ’° Cost of Delivery

We partner with our trusted friends at Royal Mail for safe, reliable delivery, using 24 & 48 Tracked services. If you’re not in a rush, we also offer InPost Locker delivery straight to your home.


πŸ“… Timing is Everything

  • Orders after 1 PM on weekdays hop onto the next business day’s truck.
  • Orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays, or Bank Holidays will set off the following business day.
     

🌍 International Orders

We love sending our goodies worldwide! A few things to know before your parcel sets off:

Delivery Times: ETAs are usually accurate, but customs and local carriers can cause delays. We cannot guarantee exact arrival times.


Duties & Taxes: Your country may charge import duties or local taxes when your parcel arrives. These are not included in your order and are your responsibility.


Returns & Missed Deliveries: We cannot accept returns on international orders and cannot refund courier costs if a parcel is returned to us.


PID / Tax Code Requests: Some countries require a PID or Tax Code to clear customs. If needed, we’ll email youβ€”sometimes after your order has shipped. This info is only shared with the courier and discarded afterward.
