We want you to be happy with your purchase. If something isn’t right, here’s how we handle returns and refunds.
Returns
Items can be returned within 14 days of delivery.
Products must be unused, in original condition, and in their original packaging.
Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.
Refunds
Refunds are issued once the returned item has been received and inspected.
Refunds are processed to the original payment method.
Shipping costs are non‑refundable, except in cases of our error or a faulty item.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos so we can resolve it quickly.
Non‑Returnable Items
International orders cannot be returned.
Used items or items not in their original condition cannot be refunded.
Missed Deliveries
If a parcel is returned due to an incorrect address or missed delivery, additional postage may be required to resend it.
How to Start a Return
Please email us at contact@traveltotz.co.uk with your order number and reason for return.
Once we receive your email along with photos or a video showing the issue, we will review the details and confirm the next steps. You can then send the item(s) to:
