Dispatch Times
Orders placed by 12 noon (priority shipping) are usually dispatched the same day.
All other orders are dispatched within 24 hours.
Orders placed after 1 PM, on weekends, or on Bank Holidays are sent the next working day.
Delivery
We ship via Royal Mail Tracked 24/48 and InPost Lockers.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays.
A dispatch email and tracking link will be sent to the email used at checkout.
Shipping Costs

Royal Mail is used for fast, reliable delivery; InPost is available for convenient locker collection.
International Orders
Delivery times vary by country and may be affected by customs.
Import duties and taxes are not included and are the customer’s responsibility.
We cannot accept returns on international orders or refund courier fees for parcels returned to us.
Some countries require a PID/Tax Code for customs clearance; if needed, we will contact you.
Missed Deliveries
If a parcel is returned due to missed delivery or incorrect address, additional postage may be required to resend it.
